Thank you for your comments. I know the name Linda Coombs and tried to reach her while doing research for my historical novel Mayflower Chronicles: The Tale of Two Cultures. That was in the years leading up to the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower and many others were competing for her attention. I do not know the name Elizabeth Perry. Yes, the women are often overlooked or their important contributions unappreciated for in many cultures around the world. Which may explain why the world continues to so often be so chaotic and cruel.

thanks so much for this telling of our human history

do you know Linda Coombs or Elizabeth Perry?

our Anglo-Euro friends often pay too much attention to warriors and Sachems and not enough to the Saunsqua or counsel of Squa-sachems. Our best doctors and nurses are most often women or ungendered individuals.
